The Main House
Comfortable and spacious rooms
The main accommodation offers six spacious bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms and a seventh bedroom with access to a private bathroom. The Dining room and Lounge have log-burning stoves. The rooms have been designed with comfort and relaxation in mind, making the most of the gorgeous views over Loch Goil. Breakfast is served daily & includes both continental & cooked breakfast options. We have a 2 night min stay for all rooms.
Bluebell Suite – Loch View Ensuite
Kingsize Bed with en-suite shower room and stunning views over the loch. Rates are from £155 per room per night. A cooked breakfast and lunch pack are optional extras.
Rowan Suite – Side Lochview Ensuite
A lovely room with a garden and side loch view, twin/king sized bed and ensuite shower facilities. Rates are from £145 per room per night. A cooked breakfast and lunch pack are optional extras.
Thistle Suite – Premium Lochview Ensuite
A beautiful deluxe loch facing room, with a king sized bed and ensuite shower/toilet facilities and incredible views of the loch. Rates are from £175 per room per night. A cooked breakfast and lunch pack are optional extras.
Alder Suite – Side Lochview Ensuite
A lovely room with a garden and side loch view, king sized bed and ensuite shower facilities. Rates are from £160 per room per night. A cooked breakfast and lunch pack are optional extras.
Myrtle Suite – Side Lochview Ensuite with Kitchen
A lovely room with a garden & side loch view, twin/king sized bed and ensuite shower facilities. This room also has access to a private kitchen with a seating area. Rates are from £150 per room per night. A cooked breakfast and lunch pack are optional extras.
Willow Suite – Woodland View Ensuite with Decking
A spacious room with a woodland view and access to decking through French doors. King sized bed & en suite shower facilities. Rates are from £130 per room per night. A cooked breakfast and lunch pack are optional extras.
Woodland View – Double Room with access to decking
A cosy double room with views to both the woodland and the loch. Access to a shared woodland terrace. Private bathroom next to the room with WC & Shower. Rates are from £95 per room per night. A cooked breakfast and lunch pack are optional extras.

Booking/Cancellation Policy
- In order for us to confirm a reservation, credit/debit card details are required to secure your booking.
- If you are unable to secure the booking with a credit/debit card then we require payment by online banking or BACS, for the full amount of the stay. We will then send confirmation once the money has cleared.
- In the event of a cancellation up to 7 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival no charge will be made.
- If you cancel your reservation within 7 days of the scheduled date of arrival a cancellation charge equivalent to the room(s) single night rate will be made.
- In the case of the guests failing to arrive without notification, they will be liable to the total cost of the booking reservation.

- À la carte and continental plant-based breakfast options with warm dishes, fruit, and juice are available every morning at the guest house.
To reduce waiting time, we ask our guests to order their chosen breakfast the night before.
